目的 :探讨安氏 类 1分类骨性错经 FR- 、 型矫治器治疗前后八因素变化。方法 :对 17例安氏 类 1分类骨性错患者经 FR- 、 型矫治器治疗前后进行 X线头影测量 ,分析对比治疗前后八因素的改变。结果 :FR矫治器可促进髁突的前下生长 ,均使下颌体、下颌支增长 ,颅底角减小以及上颌骨向前旋转 ,有利于 类错的矫治 ,但该矫治器不能很好地控制上颌骨的矢状向和垂直向的生长发育 ,以及后部齿槽高度的生长。结论 :FR矫治器最适于治疗上颌发育基本正常而下颌发育不足的 类患者 ,不宜用于上颌发育过度和垂直生长型的患者。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of eight factors in Class 1 skeletal malformations before and after treatment with FR- and type appliances. Methods: Seventeen cases of Class 1 malocclusion were treated with FR - type appliance before and after treatment. The changes of eight factors before and after treatment were analyzed. Results: The FR appliance can promote the anterior and inferior condyle growth, both the mandibular body, mandibular branch growth, the base of the skull angle reduction and the forward rotation of the maxilla, is conducive to the correction of the wrong class, but the appliance can not be very good Control the maxillary sagittal and vertical growth and development, and the growth of the posterior alveolar height. Conclusion: The FR appliance is the most suitable for the treatment of patients with normal maxillary maxillary mandibular hypoplasia and should not be used in patients with maxillary overgrowth and vertical growth.
