在世界经济全球化、知识化、信息化日益加快的今天,人力资本已经成为一个企业乃至一个国家首要的战略性资源,谁拥有高素质的人才,谁就拥有了核心竞争力。想方设法激励人才、留住人才、用好人才,已成为企业培育核心竞争力的重要手段。在充分发挥领军人才带动作用的同时,“木桶理论”也告诉我们,提高企业员工的整体素质,才是企业获得持久竞争力的关键。这就需要把人才所拥有的个体隐性知识,通过有效的机制实现企业共享。
