一、问题的提出 某海港码头输煤廊道工程是1988年建成并于年底投入使用。由于该工程混凝土构件已出现裂缝,1991年由我院对该输煤廊道混凝土梁、柱裂缝进行技术鉴定,并由二航院进行加固设计。加固方案中采用抗硫酸盐水泥,但该品种水泥来源困难,该海港建港指挥部拟采用普通硅酸盐水泥。为此,我们对该工程洗煤水所含硫酸盐等有害成份进行测试分析,并对该工程混凝土可能腐蚀程度做评估,最后提出能否用普通硅酸盐水泥来代替抗硫酸盐水泥的结论。

To this end, we test and analyze harmful components such as sulphate contained in the coal washing water of the project, evaluate the possible corrosion of the concrete, and finally put forward the conclusion that ordinary portland cement can be used instead of the anti-sulfate cement.
