收费管理贯穿患者整个就医过程,既是构建和谐医患关系的重点内容,也是医院财务管理重要组成部分。医院收费管理不仅与病患息息相关,也关系到医院的切身利益。市场经济和卫生体制的不断深入,医疗收费工作自身重要性被凸显出来。基于医院收费管理现状,提出几点具体改进策略,旨在保障资金安全,不断提高医院医疗服务水平,为医院健康持续发展奠定基础。
Charging management throughout the patient’s medical treatment process, both to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients the focus of content, but also an important part of hospital financial management. Hospital charges management is not only closely related to patients, but also related to the vital interests of the hospital. With the continuous deepening of market economy and health system, the importance of medical toll work has been highlighted. Based on the status quo of hospital charges management, some specific improvement strategies are put forward to ensure the safety of funds and improve the level of medical services in hospitals so as to lay the foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals.
