在界定装配序列质量内涵的基础上,利用解释结构模型建立了可全面反映装配序列总体质量的评价指标体系,并利用各影响因素间的层次结构关系来定量计算各指标属性值。然后采用基于Vague集的模糊评判获得指标权重,同时引入基于相对熵的多属性排序方法对各装配序列质量进行综合评价,从而选出最优装配序列。最后用实例验证该方法的正确性与有效性。
On the basis of defining the connotation of the assembly sequence quality, an evaluation index system that can fully reflect the overall quality of the assembly sequence is established by using the interpretation structure model. The attribute values of each index are calculated quantitatively by using the hierarchical relations among the influencing factors. Then the weight of the index is obtained by the fuzzy evaluation based on Vague set. At the same time, the multi-attribute ranking method based on relative entropy is introduced to evaluate the quality of each assembly sequence to select the optimal assembly sequence. Finally, an example is used to verify the correctness and validity of the method.
