我院妇产科从1995年5～9月,应用米非司酮配米索用于55天以内的早期妊娠流产100例,取得了良好的效果。现报告如下。 1.病例选择:患者以往月经规律,有停经史。尿妊娠试验阳性。B超探及有符合妊娠月份的胎囊及胎心博动。经妇科检查子宫与妊娠月分相符。100例早期妊娠妇女身体健康。年龄18～35岁,未婚22例。停经35～40天62例。停经41～50天28例。停经51～55天10例。
Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from May 1995 to September, the application of mifepristone with misoprostol within 100 days of early pregnancy abortion within 55 days, and achieved good results. The report is as follows. 1. Case Selection: Patients with menstrual regularities, menopause history. Urine pregnancy test is positive. B ultrasonography and have consistent with the fetal sac of pregnancy and fetal heart rate Bo. The gynecological examination of the uterus consistent with the month of pregnancy. 100 cases of early pregnancy women’s health. Aged 18 to 35 years old, 22 cases of unmarried. Menopause 35 to 40 days in 62 cases. Menopause 41 to 50 days in 28 cases. Menopause 51 to 55 days in 10 cases.
