多元化经营为企业扩大规模、做大做强提供了广阔的空间,为企业的发展开辟新的道路。但多元化经营是一把双刃剑,在给企业带来众多好处的同时也会给企业带来风险。由于煤炭企业的经营具有特殊性,应结合多元化经营的特点,处理煤炭企业多元化经营的关键问题,利用自身具备的能力,决定如何实施多元化战略。
Diversification for enterprises to expand the scale, bigger and stronger provide a broad space for the development of enterprises to open up new roads. However, diversification is a double-edged sword that brings many risks to the enterprise while bringing many benefits to the enterprise. Due to the particularity of the operation of coal enterprises, the key issues of diversification of coal enterprises should be dealt with in the light of the characteristics of diversification. The coal enterprises should make use of their own capabilities to decide how to implement diversification strategies.
