目的:了解贫困大学生心理健康现状,为贫困大学生心理健康教育提供实证性依据。方法:根据某普通高校贫困生数据库提供的资料,随机抽取800名贫困大学生进行问卷调查。结果:贫困生的心理问题主要表现为强迫、人际关系敏感、偏执和抑郁,心理问题检出率为31.7%;不同性别贫困生在SCL-90的敌对、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SCL-90总分及各因子分与社会支持3个维度和大五人格中的社交性、利他性和道德感呈负相关,与自尊水平呈正相关,部分因子与人格的适用性和开放性呈正相关;自尊、社会支持、人格中的利他性和适应性因子对心理健康水平有明显的预测作用。结论:贫困生的心理健康水平较低,社会支持、自尊水平及人格特征对大学生心理健康具有影响作用。
Objective: To understand the current situation of poor college students ’mental health and to provide empirical evidence for poor college students’ psychological health education. Methods: According to the information provided by an ordinary college poor student database, 800 impoverished undergraduates were randomly selected for questionnaire survey. Results: Psychological problems of impoverished students mainly manifested as compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid and depression, and the detection rate of psychological problems was 31.7%. Difference in enemy hostility, depression, anxiety and terror factors among poor sex students at SCL-90 was statistically significant (P <0.05). The SCL-90 total score and each factor score were negatively correlated with social support, altruism and morality in the three dimensions of social support and the fifth-person personality, and were positively correlated with self-esteem level. Some factors The applicability and openness of personality are positively correlated; self-esteem, social support, altruism and personality factors in personality have significant predictive effect on mental health. Conclusion: Poor students have lower mental health, social support, self-esteem and personality traits have an impact on mental health of college students.
