新疆中小学少数民族双语教师培训教材建设的相对滞后成为制约双语教师培训顺利实施的瓶颈。目前,新疆双语教师培训教材已使用7年之久,随着培训工程的深入推进,不少教材制约了培训质量和效果的进一步提升,需要修订或重编。教材选编应遵循的原则为:重视价值取向的多元化;建设立体化教材体系,设计与编写要有弹性;内容选材应融入新疆本土特色;学科专业知识应与时俱进,体现新理念;制定教材评价标准,建立教材质量保障体系等。
The relative lag of the training materials for minority bilingual teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang has become the bottleneck restricting the smooth implementation of bilingual teacher training. At present, Xinjiang bilingual teacher training materials have been used for seven years, with the further promotion of training projects, many teaching materials restrict the further improvement of training quality and effectiveness and need to be revised or re-edited. The principles of selection of textbooks should be as follows: attaching importance to the diversification of value orientation; building a three-dimensional textbook system with flexibility in design and compilation; selection of content should be integrated into local characteristics of Xinjiang; disciplinary expertise should advance with the times and embody new concepts; Teaching material evaluation criteria, the establishment of teaching material quality assurance system.
