当下,国内部分问责官员的“变脸”复出已是不争的事实。对此,必须在首先坚持解放思想的基本前提下辩证地看待这一“异常”现象,同时要坚持实事求是,认真分析和探究其背后的原因。同时,更要勇于与时俱进,立足从健全行政问责的体制机制、完善相关法律法规制度和程序等方面寻找新的突破口和着力点,进而加快实现行政问责制的常态化、透明化、普及化,为我国的行政管理体制改革作出积极而有益的探索。
