目的建立工作场所空气中七氟烷的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集工作场所空气中七氟烷,1,2-二氯乙烷解吸,经DB-1毛细管色谱柱分离测定。结果方法在1.0~7 620.0 mg/L范围呈线性关系;样品在炭管中常温下至少可保存7 d;相对标准偏差为0.4%~1.7%;最低检出限为1.0 mg/L;最低检出质量浓度为0.07 mg/m3;解吸效率为98.3%~105.7%;采样效率为99.5%~100.0%;100 mg活性炭对七氟烷的穿透容量是5.5mg;空气中与七氟烷共存的异氟烷、恩氟烷、乙醇不干扰测定。结论方法各项指标均达到《工作场所有害物质监测方法》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中七氟烷的监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of sevoflurane in workplace air by solvent desorption-gas chromatography. Methods Sevoflurane and 1,2-dichloroethane were desorbed in the air of the workplace by activated charcoal tube and separated by DB-1 capillary column. Results The method was linear in the range of 1.0-620.0 mg / L. The sample was stored at least for 7 days in normal temperature in a carbon tube. The relative standard deviation was 0.4% -1.7%. The minimum detectable limit was 1.0 mg / L. The lowest detection limit The extraction efficiency was 98.3% -105.7%; the sampling efficiency was 99.5% -100.0%; the penetrating capacity of 100 mg activated carbon for sevoflurane was 5.5 mg; the coexistence of air and sevoflurane Isoflurane, enflurane, ethanol do not interfere with the determination. Conclusions The indicators of the method meet the requirements of “workplace monitoring methods for hazardous substances” and are applicable to the monitoring of sevoflurane in the air of the workplace.
