通过对失效人造金刚石用顶锤1000例的统计分析,结合对重点事例的组织、性能解剖发现,顶锤失效的主要原因依次是:制备过程中引入的宏观缺陷(尤其是表面微裂纹、压制缺陷)、残余拉应力和微观组织缺陷(低熔点夹杂、组织不均匀、气孔等)。这些缺陷的程度大小,直接决定了顶锤的使用寿命。因此,要提高顶锤的使用寿命,除了要提高其综合力学性能外,还要尽量减少以上缺陷。
Through the statistical analysis of 1000 cases of failed artificial diamond with top hammer, combined with the organization and performance anatomy of the key cases, it is found that the main causes of top hammer failure are as follows: the macro defects introduced during the preparation process (especially the surface micro-cracks, ), Residual tensile stress and microstructure defects (inclusions of low melting point, uneven microstructure, porosity, etc.). The extent of these defects, directly determines the life of the top hammer. Therefore, to improve the service life of the top hammer, in addition to improve its overall mechanical properties, but also to minimize the above shortcomings.
