了解个旧市托幼机构儿童的疫苗免疫接种水平,为进一步做好疫苗免疫规划工作和传染病防治工作措施提供决策依据。按照自行设计的《个旧市托幼机构儿童疫苗完成情况登记表》,对个旧市区16家托幼机构的所有儿童进行疫苗预防接种证查验。采用SPSS 22.0统计软件分析托幼儿童的疫苗接种完成及漏种情况。结果显示,脊灰减毒活疫苗加强免疫接种率,常住儿童低于流动儿童,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.69,P<0.01);公立托幼机构低于民办托幼机构,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.54,P=0.019)。卡介苗、脊灰减毒活疫苗、百白破联合疫苗、含麻疹组分疫苗、乙脑疫苗、乙脑疫苗、甲肝疫苗、A群流脑疫苗的基础免疫及百白破联合疫苗、含麻疹组分疫苗、乙肝疫苗、A+C流脑疫苗的加强免疫接种率,常住儿童均高于流动儿童,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),公立托幼机构高于民办托幼机构差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。公立与民办托幼机构儿童含麻疹组分疫苗加强免疫接种率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.73,P=0.189)。个旧市免疫规划工作的难点是托幼机构中流动儿童查验预防接种证后的疫苗补种工作,尤其是民办托幼机构,应重点强化、落实相关工作措施,提高查验预防接种证后疫苗补种质量。
