一、新形势下劳动法制建设的任务 国家要求“八五”期间,要通过建立比较完备的经济法规体系,使各方面的经济关系和经济活动有法可依。要抓紧制定《计划法》、《预算法》、《银行法》、《投资法》、《公司法》、《价格法》、《市场法》、《劳动法》、《工资法》和《审计法》等基本经济法律法规,并切实加强经济监督和经济司法工作。按照这一要求,“八五”期间以及今后十年,劳动法制工作的主要任务是:加快劳动立法步伐,继续建立和完善有中国特色的社会主义劳动法规体系,建立健全劳动执法、法规监督
