从世界范围来看,妇女贫困问题一直困扰着各国。中国作为一个人口众多、幅员辽阔的发展中大国,少数民族妇女贫困问题也一直困扰着民族和地区的发展。少数民族妇女在经济地位、受教育程度等方面处于相对弱势地位,拥有社会资本较少。本文将从社会资本的角度,探索增强少数民族妇女社会资本的途径,以此减少少数民族妇女贫困发生的几率,为国家或地方少数民族扶贫政策提供建议。
Globally, the issue of women’s poverty has plagued all countries. As a large developing country with a large population and a vast territory, China has also plagued the ethnic and regional development of poverty among ethnic minority women. Ethnic minority women are in a relatively disadvantaged position in terms of their economic status and education, with less social capital. This article will explore ways to enhance the social capital of ethnic minority women from the perspective of social capital so as to reduce the incidence of poverty among ethnic minority women and provide suggestions for pro-poor policies of national or local ethnic groups.
