针对故障树分析法在采煤机可靠性评估中的局限性,将贝叶斯网络与故障树分析法相结合,不仅能计算出采煤机系统的可靠性指标,还能计算出在系统故障时各个元件故障的条件概率。运用贝叶斯网络的正反推理性,可以给出某个部件对系统可靠性的影响程度,进而找到采煤机系统可靠性的薄弱环节,为采煤机的可靠性设计提供理论依据。
Aimed at the limitation of fault tree analysis in the reliability evaluation of shearer, combining the Bayesian network with the fault tree analysis method can not only calculate the reliability index of the shearer system, but also calculate the reliability of the shearer in the system failure Conditional probability of failure of each component. By using the positive and negative reasoning of Bayesian network, we can give the influence degree of certain component on system reliability, and then find the weak link of the reliability of shearer system, which provides the theoretical basis for the reliability design of shearer.
