基础教育就其性质与价值而言,一是要立足“每个学生”。许多学校从关注整体到关注个体,从关注百分比到关注每一个学生,这既是教育观念的更新,也是教育观念的回归。在关注每一个学生发展的前提下,不少学校提出促进学生个性化发展的追求。他们认为,促进学生个性化发展,不仅是一次重要的教育理念革新,更是未来发展基础教育的价值取向。笔者认为,应当从解决校长和教师根深蒂固的教育价值观入手,促进其教育观念的转变,进而转变教师的教育行为,特别是在班级授课制度的群体教育背景下引导学校做到促进学生个性化
In terms of its nature and value, basic education should be based on “every student ”. In many schools, from focusing on the whole to focusing on the individual, from focusing on the percentage to focusing on each student, this is not only an update of educational concepts but also a return of educational concepts. Concerned about the development of each student premise, many schools put forward to promote the pursuit of personalized development of students. In their opinion, promoting individualized development of students is not only an important innovation in educational philosophy, but also a value orientation for the development of basic education in the future. The author believes that we should start from solving the deep-rooted educational values of school principals and teachers, promote the transformation of their educational concepts, and then change the teacher’s educational behavior. In particular, guide the school to promote student’s personalization under the group education background of class teaching system
