折流板是保证发动机尾喷试验能够安全进行的重要保障装置,随着飞机发动机类型的多样化,对折流板的性能也提出了更高的要求。首先综述国内外新型折流板装置研究的最新技术进展,并对各个方案的优劣进行比较。针对各新型折流板方案中共同存在的问题,对新型折流板装置的拓扑结构进行研究,并对比优化准则法和数学规划法在折流板拓扑优化中的求解效率。经过优化后,折流板车辆通过面的质量较现有装置下降31.9%,可以降低新型折流板升降过程中对于动力源的需求。

In view of the common problems in the new baffle schemes, the topology of the new baffle device is studied, and the efficiency of the optimization criterion method and mathematical programming method in the baffle topological optimization is compared. After optimization, the quality of baffled vehicles through the surface of 31.9% lower than existing devices, can reduce the new baffle during the lifting of the power source needs.
