采用盆栽土培和群体水培法研究水稻不同叶龄期上、下层根对缺水和高、低浓度培养液的反应及根量与产量的关系.供试品种为盐粳2号.结果表明:(1)上层根在原基分化期需较充足的水分和较高的养分供应水平;发根中、后期需充足的水分和低的养分供应水平;分枝中、后期需较高的养分供应水平。对短期缺水反应较迟钝.(2)下层根在分枝中,后期对养分反应较迟钝。叶龄余数4.7至抽穗后15天左右提高或降低培养液浓度,对下层根重的影响均不明显;分枝中期对缺水反应较敏感,叶龄余数1.1至抽穗前3天缺水使下层根重减轻27.1%,分枝后期则较迟钝.(3)上层根量与产量呈极显著正相关,下层根量与产量的关系随着栽培条件的不同而改变.
