电视节目模式的引进会产生合作学习效应、部分原创效应、环境培育效应和成本倒逼效应,推进模式引进国模式原创能力的提升。本文通过灿星公司的案例对上述效应进行验证,并针对引进模式和原创模式在当前中国的地位、模式设计方和内容制作方在价值链中的地位以及当前中国限制模式引进的政策进行了评论,认为中国电视节目产业的状况决定了在较长时间内中国将是模式的净进口国;模式设计方与内容制作方在价值链中的地位并不确定,取决于各自所处的市场结构;而中国当前限制模式引进的政策很可能会适得其反。
