在中国项目的建设和发展,构建各种复杂的地面状况不断出现,这是由于地基处理不当,基础的差异沉降,建筑结构构件裂缝,建筑物本身具有的施工机械设备的有限空间,坑式托换技术是解决这一问题的有效的方法。托换技术是20世纪30年代的崛起,中国的有关地基处理技术也包括在托换技术。其中,具体的托换技术方法包括加宽和深化托换、桩托换顶、基础减压及压力相应的托换、树根桩托换、注浆托换、纠偏等方法。
