目的分析CLIA(抗-HCV)联合EIA(HCV-cAg)在HCV感染初筛试验中的意义。 结论在HCV感染初筛试验中,CLIA(抗-HCV)联合EIA(HCV-cAg)检出率高,阳性符合率更高。
Objective To analyze the significance of CLIA (anti-HCV) combined with EIA (HCV-cAg) in primary screening of HCV infection. Methods Fifty-six inpatients were selected for detection of hepatitis C virus and hepatitis C core antigen. Anti-HCV and HCV-cAg were detected in patients with positive HCV infection. Results The positive rate of anti-HCV / CLIA (+) + HCV-cAg (-) was significantly higher than that of anti-HCV / CLIA The positive rate of CLIA in HCV / CLIA (+) + HCV-cAg (+) positive patients (98.6%) was significantly higher than that in EIA patients (85.7%) %), P <0.05. Conclusions In the primary screening test of HCV infection, the detection rate of CLIA (anti-HCV) combined with EIA (HCV-cAg) is high, and the positive coincidence rate is higher.
