“扁平化”管理新机制催生了新型“管理链”。组织结构的变化使新型的管理链实现了现有管理资源的重新“整合”。经过“整合”,首先使基层管理者的创新力、管理能力和管理才能实现有效“激活”。 企业人力资源的“整合激励”就是通过协同调控组织成员的目标和行为倾向,使他们自觉地把自己的人力潜能调动起来,并最大程度地转化为企业的整体竞争优势。 作为管理层的干部适合才是最好的,而考评其“适合度”的关键就是职工的“满意度”。 国有大型企业中,打造“灰领”人才是企业发展竞争的需要。
The new mechanism of “flattening” management has created a new type of “management chain.” Changes in organizational structure have enabled the new management chain to reintegrate existing management resources.
