Objective To investigate the clinical value of backscatter integration (IBS) in evaluating left ventricular function in patients with early diabetic heart disease. Methods Echocardiographic peak flow velocity (E), atrial contraction filling wave (A) and E / A value were measured in 36 diabetics and 22 healthy volunteers. The left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) . The average IBS (AII) and IBS CVV were also recorded in the left ventricular septum and posterior wall of the medial myocardium, and the mean myocardial IBS was defined as myocardial AII "pericardial AII (IBS%). Results The peak filling velocity and the peak filling velocity of atrial systole (E), the ratio of peak filling velocity to apex filling velocity (E / A), left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) (A) (68.00 ± 10.08) in the left ventricular systolic peak was significantly higher than that in the control group (60.17 ± 90.45) (P <0.05). The difference of myocardial backscatter scores (IBS%) (58.8 ± 9.13) was higher than that of the control group, CVIB (6.57 ± 1.46) of the left ventricular posterior wall was lower than that of the control group, both of which were statistically significant Significant (P <0.05, P <0.01, respectively) Conclusions The IBS technique provides a noninvasive method for early detection of left ventricular dysfunction in diabetic patients with cardiac disease. For patients with early diabetic heart disease, the IBS% The CVIB of the posterior wall of the posterior chamber is a more sensitive indicator of IBS.
