方案阶段的自然通风设计主要关注的是通风路径,而一般来说此阶段的部分开口信息未知。本文针对建筑设计的特点,提出了面向方案阶段复杂通风方案的设计计算方法,针对部分开口信息未知的情况,基于稳态热平衡模型和多区域通风网络模型建立了最优化计算模型,并以“未知开口平均面积的最小值”作为通风方案评估指标。将该设计计算方法用于比较单中庭和双中庭通风方案,发现单中庭方案部分楼层出现了气流“倒灌”现象,而双中庭方案可节省37.1%的开口面积。
The main focus of the design of the natural ventilation stage of the program is the ventilation path, and in general, some of the opening information of this stage is unknown. In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of architectural design, a design and calculation method for complex ventilation scheme in the scheme stage is proposed. For the case that some of the opening information is unknown, an optimization calculation model is established based on steady-state heat balance model and multi-area ventilation network model, The minimum value of the average area of unknown openings “is used as the evaluation index of ventilation scheme. The design methodology was used to compare single-atrium and dual-atrium ventilation schemes and found that air flow ”back-in" occurred on some floors of the single-atrium scheme, while the double atrium scheme resulted in a saving of 37.1% of the open area.
