102例鼻炎患者,包括34例过敏性鼻炎,28例血管舒缩性鼻炎及40例药物性鼻炎,作了二氧化碳激光下甲切除术与中隔成形术。患者年龄15~55岁,55例在30岁以下。手术是在用安氟醚插管全身麻醉,结合应用1%利多卡因局麻下完成。考虑到普通的鼻镜易使周围组织受激光击中损伤,作者特设计一种长柄的改良型耳镜,在术时用以保护鼻孔、鼻翼边缘与中隔,防止意外的激光能吸收。术前在鼻咽部特别是咽鼓管开口填塞湿纱布,以避免激光损伤。在物镜为400m m的放大10倍的手术显微镜下,把功率为15~18瓦的二氧化碳激光器对准目
102 cases of rhinitis patients, including 34 cases of allergic rhinitis, 28 cases of vasomotor rhinitis and 40 cases of drug-induced rhinitis, underwent carbon dioxide laser sub-thyroidectomy and septoplasty. Patients aged 15 to 55 years, 55 patients under 30 years of age. Surgery was performed with general anesthesia with enflurane in combination with 1% lidocaine. Considering that ordinary nasal lenses tend to hit the surrounding tissue easily with laser, the authors designed a long-handled, modified otoscope to protect the nostrils and edges of the nose and septum during surgery to prevent accidental laser absorption. Before surgery in the nasopharynx, especially the eustachian tube opening to fill wet gauze, in order to avoid laser damage. In the objective lens for the magnification of 400m m 10 times the operating microscope, the power of 15 to 18 watts of carbon dioxide laser alignment
