听了我国中小学教師訪苏代表团的传达報告,特別是听了其中關于教育行政领导經驗的介紹,我感到对我今后的工作有很大的啟發和帮助。苏联的教育行政部門,很重视深入学校去檢查工作。教育行政人員每年有不少的時間在下一級行政單位和学校檢查工作,每年对每一个学校都要視察一次到兩次,而且每次視察后都能帮助学校解决问题和總結經驗。为什么苏联教育行政工作人員能做到这样的呢?訪苏代表团的同志在報告中已給我們作了答覆,这就是苏联的同志除掉对工作具有高度的責任感外,他們都精通自己的業务,在工作方法上又善于抓住重
