0引言眼内眦部外伤常伴有泪小管断裂,我们采用显微镜下直接寻找泪小管断端,内置麻醉硬膜外硅胶管、硅胶管、新型泪道软性硅胶管为支架泪道插管的方法,治疗53例53眼外伤性下泪小管断裂,均获成功,现报道如下。1临床资料我院2004-01/2010-05共收治外伤性下泪小管断裂53例53眼,男42例,女11例,年龄10～75(平均42)岁,右眼21例,左眼32例。其中上、下泪小管同时断裂2例,其余为下泪小管断裂。受伤原因:车祸21例,拳击伤15
