目的　探讨使用呼吸机时设定湿化器的最佳温度。方法　采用随机抽样法将 133例应用人工呼吸机的病人分成 1个对照组和 4个实验组 ,湿化器的温度设置分别是 :35℃、低于体表温度 (以腋温为准 ) 1℃、低于体表温度2℃、低于体表温度 3℃、低于体表温度 4℃。结果　经统计学分析 ,5个组之间存在显著性差异。结论　低于体表温度 2℃为设置呼吸机湿化器的最佳温度 Objective To determine the optimal temperature for setting the humidifier when using a ventilator. Methods A random sampling method was used to divide 133 patients with artificial respirator into a control group and four experimental groups. The humidifier temperature settings were: 35°C, lower than the body surface temperature (based on the ankle temperature) 1 °C, lower than body surface temperature 2 °C, lower than body surface temperature 3 °C, lower than body surface temperature 4 °C. Results After statistical analysis, there were significant differences among the five groups. Conclusion 2 °C below body surface temperature is the best temperature for setting up a humidifier for a ventilator
