The authors isolated fifteen anthocyanins from Vaccinium vaccinium myrtillus L. by HPLC isocratic elution. Chromatographic conditions: Develosil ODS-HG 5 column (4.6 mm×150 mm); mobile phase methanol-water (20:80) containing 0.5% trifluoroacetic acid; flow rate 2 mL/min; column temperature 40° C.; detection wavelength 520 nm; Sample volume 100μL.
