本文通过对我国出版物发行业标准化体系的研究,认为:只有建立统一管理、分工协作的管理结构,建立应用为上、重点突出、面向国际的标准体系,建立面向市场、反应快速的运行机制,形成以企业为主、广泛参与的工作模式,才能提高行业标准化建设水平,有效发挥标准化在行业发展中的技术基础作用。 Based on the research on the standardization system of the publishing industry in our country, this paper argues that only establishing the management structure of unified management, division of labor and cooperation, setting up a standard system with emphasis on application and international orientation, establishing a market-oriented and rapid reaction mechanism, Formed a business-based, widely involved in the work mode, in order to raise the standardization of the industry level, and effectively play a standardized role in the development of the industry’s technology base.
