目的:探讨临床上使用不同口腔修复材料对患者进行修复时其摩擦性能的比较及影响因素。方法:我们对2015年1月-2016年1月期间来我院进行就诊治疗的120例需要进行口腔牙齿修复患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。在这120例患者中,共有156颗牙齿需要进行修复。我们随机将这所有的患者分为两个研究组,即观察组和对照组,并保持这两个组各有60例患者。我们对观察组患者的80颗需要修复的牙齿以陶瓷材料进行修复,对对照组患者的76颗需要修复的牙齿以复合树脂材料进行修复。修复完成后,对患者进行为期10个月的随访观察,对比两组患者的修复效果。结果:经过修复与随访观察,我们发现观察组患者修复体发生松动及牙龈出血状况的比率明显要低于对照组患者,二者相比差异显著(p<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组患者修复体发生破裂的人数和比率明显要高于另一组患者,二者相比有明显的差异性(p<0.05),具有统计学意义;两组患者在牙根裂发生比率方面相比并没有太大的差异(p>0.05),二者相比无统计学意义。结论:临床上使用陶瓷材料和复合树脂材料对患者的牙齿进行修复的治疗过程中,两种材料的使用效果各有利弊,但相比之下,陶瓷材料的耐磨性较好且不宜引发出血,其优势更明显,此种材料值得在今后的临床工作中进一步推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the comparison of the friction performance of the patients with different oral repair materials and their influencing factors. METHODS: We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of 120 patients who underwent oral dental restoration from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital. Of the 120 patients, a total of 156 teeth needed repair. We randomly divided all of these patients into two study groups, the observation group and the control group, and maintained each of the 60 patients in both groups. We repaired the 80 teeth in the observation group with ceramic materials and repaired the 76 teeth in the control group with composite resin materials. After the repair was completed, the patients were followed up for 10 months to compare the effect of the two groups of patients. Results: After repair and follow-up observation, we found that the ratio of looseness and gingival bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p <0.05), and the observation group The number and ratio of patients with rupture of prosthesis was significantly higher than the other group, there was significant difference between the two (p <0.05), with statistical significance; two groups of patients compared to the incidence of root dehiscence No significant difference (p> 0.05), the two were not statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: The use of both ceramic and composite resin materials in clinical treatment of patients’ teeth has its own pros and cons, but in contrast, the wear resistance of ceramic materials is better and should not cause bleeding , Its advantage is more obvious, this kind of material deserves to be further popularized and applied in the future clinical work.
