在8076铝合金中添加不同含量的Mn,考察了Mn含量对铸态合金显微组织、物相组成、电导率和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Mn的加入使得8076合金中形成了Al Fe Si Mn相,晶界处的共晶化合物从长条状转变为短棒状;随着Mn含量增加,合金的电导率和断后伸长率逐渐降低,而抗拉强度逐渐升高。
Different contents of Mn were added into the 8076 aluminum alloy to investigate the effect of Mn content on the microstructure, phase composition, electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of as-cast alloy. The results show that the formation of Al Fe Si Mn phase is formed in 8076 alloy by the addition of Mn, and the eutectic compound at the grain boundary changes from long strip to short rod. With the increase of Mn content, the electrical conductivity and elongation at break of the alloy gradually increase Lower, while the tensile strength gradually increased.
