餐具的理想消毒方法是煮沸或蒸汽消毒,但能源消耗大,费时费力,有的因条件限制难以做到。国外用化学消毒剂以次氯酸、二氯异氰尿酸钠为主药或再加其它增效剂;国内在1984年全国食具洗消剂评议会上审查的产品就达16种,我们研制的CB餐具洗消剂就是其中之一。它是氯溴异氰尿酸(RHBrCl)与增效剂配伍而成,生产工艺简单,产品异味少,用量小,性能稳定。现将CB洗消剂的消毒效果、现场应用、毒性试验等整理如下。
