湖南省水文地质环境监测总站和中国科学院物理研究所、省民航局等单位,于1985年6月底成功地进行了洞庭湖水情机载遥感图象实时传输及显示可行性联合实验。实验结果表日月,这种图象传输系统,对洞庭湖水情监测是有效的,便于防汛指挥人员实时地观察和掌握洞庭湖区的水情,及时提出对策。湖南省政府最近决定,进一步完善:这个系统,在1986年汛期开始用于洞庭湖洪水实时监测。
Hunan Province Hydrogeological and Environmental Monitoring Station and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Physics, Civil Aviation Authority and other units, at the end of June 1985 successfully carried out Dongting Lake hydrological airborne remote sensing image real-time transmission and display feasibility joint experiment. The results of the experiment table, the sun and the moon, this image transmission system is effective for monitoring water conditions in Dongting Lake, allowing flood control commanders to observe and master the water conditions in the Dongting Lake area in real time and put forward countermeasures in time. Hunan Provincial Government recently decided to further improve this system, which began to be used for the real-time monitoring of Dongting Lake flood during the flood season of 1986.
