通过使用钝顶螺旋藻 (Spirulinaplatensis)喂养锦鲤 (Cruciancarp)试验 ,探讨了不同含量的螺旋藻干粉配合饵料以及活藻对锦鲤体色和生长的影响。试验结果表明在相同水温、光照和投喂量的条件下 ,随着螺旋藻干粉投喂量的增加 ,锦鲤体色越鲜艳 ,体重、体长也相应增加 ,其中鲜活螺旋藻对其体色、体长、体重影响最大。还探讨了体色定量测定方法。其结果显示 ,鱼鳞的黑色素细胞数和红色素丙酮抽提液光密度值随着饵料中螺旋藻含量提高而增加。这表明应用黑色素细胞计数法和红色素丙酮抽提液光密度测定法能客观反映锦鲤体色鲜艳度 ,为今后客观评价锦鲤体色奠定了基础
Cruciancarp was used to test the effects of Spirulina platensis with different contents of dry spirulina powder and live body algae on body color and growth of Koi carp.
