新疆某钼矿是具有较高开发价值的硫化钼矿床。原矿含钼0.11%,主要目的矿物辉钼矿的嵌布粒度较粗,多在0.1 mm左右,钼氧化率7.69%。主要脉石矿物为石英、绢云母和粘土矿物。选矿试验最终采用“钼硫混合浮选—钼硫分离”的工艺流程。钼硫混合浮选采用BP+乳化煤油作捕收剂,经一粗三扫二精后获得钼硫混合精矿;混合精矿经再磨后,采用石灰+水玻璃+硫化钠作抑制剂,经一粗三扫四精获得钼精矿产品。闭路试验中矿顺序返回,获得了含Mo 52.05%,钼回收率92.25%的精矿产品。
