我们就1981年4月至1983年3月,二年内对20例患者进行了骨腔刮治术的临床观察,近期疗效较为理想,予以报道和讨论。临床资料本组20例,均系住院患者,临床诊断为原发性三叉神经痛,病史1～30年,年龄29—73岁。其中男性11例,女性9例,40岁以上17例,40岁以下仅3例。本组患者均曾接受过多种不同的治疗,如药物治疗、酒精注射、神经于切断术等,其疗效较差或多次复发者。本组病例均经住院观察,接受骨腔刮治术,术后6例立即止痛,14例在2～7天内逐渐止痛。

This group of patients have received many different treatments, such as drug therapy, alcohol injection, nerve incision, etc., its efficacy is poor or multiple relapse. This group of patients were hospitalized, received bone cavity curettage, 6 cases of immediate postoperative analgesia, 14 cases in 2 to 7 days gradually pain.
