在新课程理念的指导下,数学课堂教学的高效性已成为当前农村中学教育的关键和根本要求,由于农村教育改革长期以来面对的困难,旧的问题未解决的同时,新的问题又随之产生,诸如农村中学数学课堂上学生思维不够活跃、教学手段老套陈旧、教学理念滞后、师资配置严重不均衡等。但随着社会的发展,中学数学课程的重要性日趋凸现,社会对数学教育的要求也越来越高。提高数学课堂的教学效率,使每个学生学有所得,是当下教育者追求的目标。因此,加强农村中学数学高效课堂的探索与实践对初中数学教学行为变革的创新研究具有非常重要的意义。
