现代社会经济发展中需要使劳动法律法规内容与人力资源管理方面彼此融合,并达成统一。只有这样才可能更好地发挥作用,提升我国社会经济长期稳定发展能力,进一步增强我国在国际环境中的地位。现阶段,我国在劳动法律以及人力资源管理方面表现出一些问题,这对促进我国经济发展产生了阻碍作用。文章从下面几个方面详尽论述了解决办法,希望能够对未来改善两者之间和谐统一关系提供帮助。
In the modern social and economic development, labor laws and regulations and human resources management need to be integrated with each other and reached unity. Only in this way can we be able to play a better role in enhancing the long-term ability of social and economic development in our country and further strengthening our country’s position in the international environment. At this stage, our country has shown some problems in terms of labor law and human resources management, which has hindered the promotion of China’s economic development. The article elaborates the solutions from the following aspects in the hope of helping to improve the harmonious unity between the two.
