一、当前电视节目面临的严峻形势和对策电视节目进入卫星播出后,出现了“天上空战重兵对垒”、“地下陆战短兵相接”的局面,在多台、多频道竞争日益激烈的状态下,“优胜劣汰”,实难避免。广大观众越来越高的审美要求与播出节目不相适应的矛盾异常尖锐。面对这一态势,中央提出开展“精品战略”的要求,尽力为观众提供更多、更好、思想性和艺术性完美结合的精品节目,满足人民群众不断增长的精神文化要求。这既是社会主义精神文明建设的一项重要任务,又是党和人 I.
