My friend Zhou worked in the township police station. When I went home, I went to see him and was catching up with their auction. Zhou introduced me that in order to restore objects such as cameras, video cameras, televisions, bicycles, and mobile phones that were seized from criminals, they generally display these items regularly for the owner to claim. However, there are always some people who do not care about it. They then deal with it without a single deal and auction it once a year. I saw that they auctioned dozens of bicycles. These ordinary and practical things are often cheap, and the crowds who have come to compete for bids have sold the auction scene.
