现代的健康概念是指一个人除了身体健康之外,还应心理健康,心理健康是指一个人在知、情、意、行方面持续符合社会基本要求,并具有和谐人际关系的一种心理态度。语文,作为重要的交际工具、思维工具,是人类文化的重要载体,是进一步学习和参与社会生活及参加社会工作的基础,是对学生进行良好习惯培养和道德品质养成教育的重要组成部分。教师在教学中不但应挖掘教材中的心理教育内容,渗透心理健康教育,还应抓住课堂上的契机,对学生进行适当的心理疏导,使语文课堂成为对学生进行心理健康教育的主阵地,使学生能力的形成和健全人格的形成统一起来,培养健康的心理品质,塑造完美的人格,让学生的生活焕发出夺目的生命光彩。
