随着市场经济发展以及我国加强医疗体制改革,给民政医院发展提供巨大机遇与挑战。为了更加保障民政医院健康长久发展,民政医院领导人员必须加强对绩效管理工作的重视。民政医院绩效管理工作的质量和水平直接影响到民政医院的发展以及战略目标的实现。当前我国医院绩效管理得到很大的发展,但是民政医院的绩效管理工作仍然处于探索起步阶段,在实际操作过程中存在很大的问题与缺陷。文章主要从民政医院实行绩效管理的必须性出发,指出当前我国民政医院绩效管理存在的问题,进而提出有效解决对策。
