配制等氮(蛋白质含量41%)和等能量的(11.2MJ/kg饲料)的半精制中华鲟饲料,以等量混合的海水鱼油、豆油作为添加的脂肪源,设0、2%、4%、6%8%和l0%共6种添加浓度。试验周期为25d。结果显示:增重率、饲料系数和蛋白效率以及以脂肪含量7.6%~9.6%的饲料为最佳,考虑到饲料成本,建议把中华鲟饲料脂肪的最适量设定在8%左右。
