为了研究不同抗条锈病基因对小麦条锈病发生的影响,本试验选用小麦抗条锈病近等基因系的3个品种进行不同混播处理。在自然发病条件下,研究了条锈病在单播与混播群体中的发生情况及控制效果。试验结果表明,两个品种混播并不能显著降低条锈病的发生,而3个品种混播可显著降低条锈病的发生。而且3个品种的REM值(相对防效)<1,也说明3个品种的混播可减少条锈病的发生。千粒重数据显示,3个品种混播显著高于单个品种的千粒重(P<0.01)。
In order to study the effect of different stripe rust resistance genes on the occurrence of stripe rust in wheat, three varieties of wheat near-isogenic lines with resistance to stripe rust were selected for different mixed-sowing treatments. Under natural conditions, the occurrence and control effects of stripe rust in unicast and mixed-sowing groups were studied. The results showed that the combination of two cultivars did not significantly reduce the occurrence of stripe rust, but the three cultivars mixedly decreased the occurrence of stripe rust. And three varieties of REM value (relative control effect) <1, also shows that three varieties of mixed sowing can reduce the occurrence of stripe rust. Thousand grain weight data showed that the three varieties mixed significantly higher than the single grain weight 1000-grain weight (P <0.01).
