西方公共产品理论较为系统成熟,但由于西方相对较小的城乡差异,西方对农村体育公共产品的专门研究较少,主要集中在体育公共产品供给的体制制度、财务管理、资金筹集和使用等领域。我国农村体育具有典型的公共产品属性与特征,西方成熟公共产品理论对其具有重要的意义。本文论述了西方公共产品的三种重要理论,即帕累托最优理论、“林达尔均衡”、蒂布特模型,并分析了其对我国农村体育公共产品供给的启示。 However, due to the relatively small differences between urban and rural areas in the West, the western countries have less specialized research on public sports products in rural areas, which mainly focus on the institutional system, financial management, fund raising and use of sports public goods supply . Rural sports in our country have the typical attributes and features of public products, and the theory of mature public goods in the West is of great significance to them. This article discusses three important theories of public goods in the West, namely the Pareto Optimality Theory, the “Lindal Equilibrium”, the Tibut model, and its implications for the supply of public sports products in rural areas in China.
