本文主要应用DJS—8电子计算机分析和研究以弹塑性理论为基础的型钢矫直质量(矫直后的残余曲率,轨底裂纹、划伤压痕、扭曲和短尺等缺陷)问题。其内容包括矫直的基本原理,弹塑性弯曲方程数学模型的建立,以及应用电子计算机解此类问题的具体方法。从而在此基础上导出矫直具有单值原始曲率1/r_0型钢的辊缝调整公式,以及在矫直时矫直辊与型钢间产生滑动的理论分析和消除办法。经现厂实验,实践证明,公式是正确的,消除打滑的办法是可行的。这对提高型钢矫直质量具有一定重要的现实意义。
In this paper, the DJS-8 computer is mainly used to analyze and study the straightening quality (the residual curvature after straightening, the crack at the rail bottom, the scratch indentation, the distortion and the short rule) based on the elasto-plastic theory. The contents include the basic principles of straightening, the establishment of mathematic model of elasto-plastic bending equation, and the concrete method of using electronic computer to solve such problems. Based on this, the formula for adjusting the roll gap of straightening single-valued original curvature 1 / r_0 steel and the theoretical analysis and elimination method of straightening roll between the straightening steel and the section steel are deduced. The factory experiment, the practice has proved that the formula is correct, to eliminate slippage approach is feasible. This has some important practical significance to improve the straightening quality of steel.
