本文研究了在5GPa、1400℃~1700℃条件下,在CBN-A lN烧结体的体系中,氮化铝(A lN)对CBN整体烧结体的影响。在此烧结条件下,整体烧结得到的CBN烧结体的硬度、形貌、新生成物质相与温度有着很大关系。实验表明:在1600℃以上,能得到性能较好的烧结体,烧结过程中没有CBN向hBN逆转化的产生。同时,本实验还从烧结工艺角度,分析了影响整体烧结性能的几种因素,并就如何提高整体烧结的性能,提出了改进建议。
In this paper, the effects of aluminum nitride (AlN) on the bulk sintered CBN were investigated in a CBN-AlN sintered system at 5GPa, 1400 ℃ ~ 1700 ℃. Under this sintering condition, the hardness, morphology and newly formed material phase of the sintered CBN sintered body have a great relationship with temperature. Experiments show that: at 1600 ℃ above, can get a better performance of the sintered body, no CBN sintering CBN reverse conversion generated. At the same time, this experiment also analyzed several factors affecting the overall sintering performance from the sintering process point of view, and put forward some suggestions on how to improve the overall sintering performance.
