基于先进制造环境的工业物联网要求,分析了工业物联网分层架构、跨层优化协议以及异构网络通用转换器关键技术,提出一种融合星状网和网状网优点的两层分布式混合的工业物联网新架构。然后配合网络层的路由控制,设计了具有可靠物理层、实时MAC层和自适应网络层的工业物联网协议栈。通过一种能融合多种无线和有线的异构网络协议通用转换构架,针对不同网络的设备转换调度模块灵活配置,实现多种有线和无线终端节点无缝接入。最后通过搭建工业物联网测控平台,对异构集成系统进行了协议转换和控制循环周期的测试,实验表明此系统达到了实时性与稳定性的要求。
Based on the requirements of Industrial IoT in advanced manufacturing environment, this paper analyzes the hierarchical structure of industrial IoT, cross-layer optimization protocol and the key technologies of heterogeneous network universal converter. A two-layer distributed Mixed new structure of industrial internet of things. Then with the routing control of the network layer, an industrial IoT protocol stack with reliable physical layer, real-time MAC layer and adaptive network layer is designed. Through a universal conversion architecture that can integrate multiple wireless and wired heterogeneous network protocols, the device conversion scheduling module for different networks can be flexibly configured to achieve seamless access of multiple wired and wireless terminal nodes. Finally, through the establishment of industrial internet of things measurement and control platform, the heterogeneous integrated system has been protocol conversion and control cycle testing, experiments show that the system has reached the requirements of real-time and stability.
